Getting there

• Ferry from Puerto Juárez (UltraMar): 20–30 min; departures every 30 min through the day, hourly later in the evening (confirm current schedule).
• Ferries also leave from the Hotel Zone (Playa Tortugas, Playa Caracol, El Embarcadero), with more limited schedules.
• From the airport: private transfer (most practical), or ADO + taxi to the Puerto Juárez terminal.
• Bringing a car is not recommended (narrow streets, little parking); a car ferry runs from Punta Sam with advance booking.
• On the island: golf cart, taxi or bicycle.
